POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
All poster presentations at ISPN 2025 will be delivered as electronic posters (ePosters), accompanied by a short oral presentation at designated ePoster stations during the poster session.
Poster Session Details
- Date: Tuesday, October 28, 2025
- Time: Starting at 14:30 - 16:30
Presentation Format
- Presentation Duration: 1 minute to summarize key points
- Discussion Time: 2 minutes for Q&A after the presentation
We encourage presenters to focus on the core findings and clearly communicate their main message during the allotted time.

ePOSTER PREPARATION AND UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
All accepted presenters will receive direct communication regarding the preparation and upload of their ePosters. Technical specifications and detailed instructions will be shared by the mid September.
